UK's Allied Carpets Sold to Floors-2-Go

London, England, April 24, 2012 -- What's left of Allied Carpets has been sold to Floors-2-Go after the firm fell into administration for the third time in three years.
 
Nine stores have been saved as part of the deal, while 10 stores were shut last week.

In its heyday Allied had 217 stores.

Floors-2-Go sells natural and laminate flooring in the UK.
