UK Distributor Headlam Reports Higher Profit

London, England, March 11, 2011 -- Floorcovering products distributor Headlam Group reported a higher profit on a slight rise in revenues for 2010.

For the year, the company's profit before tax increased to $40 million from $35.2 million in the previous year.

Revenues for the year increased 0.4% to $857.6 million.

In the UK, which represents 80.8% of group revenue, like for like revenue increased 0.4% to $689 million.
