Two Pfleiderer Board Members Step Down

Neumarkt, Germany, Jan. 18, 2011 -- Pfleiderer said that supervisory board members Christopher von Hugo and Helmut Burmester are stepping down from their positions effective Feb. 17.

Pfleiderer said the moves were made to avoid potential conflicts of interest in connection with the upcoming preparation for restructuring. 

Pfleiderer said it will apply for a court appointment of replacement members immediately.
