Torlys Makes Organizational Changes

Mississauga, Ontario, October 1--Torlys Inc. recently made some organizational changes designed to streamline operations and capitalize on previously untapped market opportunities. Andre Tesolin, previously vice president of operations, has assumed the newly created role of business development manager. He is responsible for developing new, diverse opportunities for Torlys Uniclic Floors including expanded residential applications, domestic commercial and retail sector applications, and export markets. The role of vice president operations has been restructured. Daily warehouse operations management responsibilities are assumed by Anibal Claudino, chief operating officer. Adriana Rossl has joined Torlys in the newly created role of operations manager, overseeing all customer service functions including purchasing and inventory control, and claims processing. Ms. Rossl has 16 years of experience in customer service operations, most recently running her own food importing and distributing business. She has also worked in Customer Service management with Jonic International and MacLean Hunter. She also has customer service experience with IBM Canada Ltd., and Royal Trust MasterCard.
