Toll Brothers Announces Q4 and Fiscal Year Results

Horsham, PA, December 6, 2016—Toll Brothers announced fiscal year (FY) 2016’s fourth-quarter net income was $114.4 million, or $0.67 per share diluted, compared to $147.2 million, or $0.80 per share diluted, in FY 2015’s fourth quarter.

For the year, net income was $382.1 million, or $2.18 per share diluted, compared to FY 2015’s net income of $363.2 million, or $1.97 per share diluted.
