Toli Named Jeff Katz COO for North American Market

Charlotte, NC, February 24, 2026-Toli appointed Jeff Katz to serve as chief operating officer (COO) for the company’s North American market. 

In addition, Katz has been appointed to the company’s board of directors, alongside the company’s director and managing executive officer Masayuki Hashimoto and general manager, global department Nobuhiro Saitou.

Before his promotion to COO, Katz served as Toli’s senior manager of flooring for North America from 2018 to 2024. Katz originally joined Toli in 1989, which was then known as CBC America, as a marketing manager. He spent nearly eight years developing the brand in North America.

Between his tenures at Toli, Katz served as commercial manager at Mannington Mills, Inc. and spent more than 15 years at Tarkett in various leadership roles.

Toli, which is Japan’s leading flooring producer since 1919, was introduced to the North American market in 1988.
