Three Proposed for Pergo Board

Trelleborg, Sweden, August 14—Pergo AB announced that proposals have been received to add three new members to the board: The company’s nomination committee has nominated Karl Stenstrom, chairman of the board in Thomas Concrete Corp., Atlanta, USA, Jan Soderberg, board member in Osix AB, Hardford AB and Five Star Destinations, Inc., USA, and Fredrik Gradin, president and CEO in Explorer Group Inc., USA, to the Pergo board. As a result, the Pergo board will increase from its present six board members to nine.
