Thomas Industries Names Ladd Senior VP Sales & Mar

Dalton, GA, October 26--Steve Ladd has joined Thomas Industries, LLC as senior vice president sales and marketing. Ladd has over 26 years experience in the sale and marketing of carpet, including residential, commercial, hospitality and has for the past six years served as vice president of sales at Shaw Hospitality, a division of Shaw Industries. Ladd will be responsible for developing an integrated sales and marketing approach for Thomas Industries, and will focus on increasing brand and product awareness for all of the company's divisions, including Superior Yarn Technologies, Mattel Carpet and Rug, and Templeton Carpet Mills.
