Third Party Study Validates Tennant Technology

Minneapolis, MN, May 21, 2010--Tennant Company said it has received independent third-party verification of the effectiveness its ec-H2O cleaning technology.

The technology converts plain tap water into a cleaning agent without any added chemicals. The study, by Elliott Affiliates, confirms that ec-H2O technology performs exceptionally well even in very challenging environments, Tennant said.

Tennant said the study also confirms ec-H2O cleans as well as or better than automated scrubbing technologies using traditional chemicals in four key categories, including cleanliness, hygienic safety, appearance and sustainability.
