Texas Retailer Expands
Floresville, TX, March 30--Angell Flooring has continued to expand its inventory, which is now being displayed in a brand-new showroom, according to the Wilson County, Texas News. The Angell family, who opened the business in 2003, said they saw a need for flooring services in the area. The newspaper reported that in an effort to keep up with their growing flooring business, the owners of Angell Flooring Co. in Floresville have opened a new display room, which will allow customers to see more of what the business offers. The business, which opened in Floresville in 2003, was already experiencing growing pains, according to Annie Angell, who owns the business along with her husband, Danny, and their son, Rusty Angell, and his wife, Patricia. "We wanted to have a showroom where we could bring everything together in one room for the customer’s convenience," she said. The business sells all types of flooring materials, from wood and laminate to ceramic, tile, and carpet. They carry all the top brands, which include MoHawk, Congoleum, Bruce Floors, Shaw, and Silestone. The newspaper said the Angells buy directly from factories and carpet mills in order to keep their prices down. And to assist customers, they offer financing with approved credit. "We will always offer the best price to meet or beat our competitors when there’s an opportunity," Annie said. "No job is too small." They also have materials for kitchen countertops and bathrooms. In addition to a variety of floor materials, Angell Flooring Co. also offers installation services and warranties on all work. One of the things the owners pride themselves on is assisting customers though the entire buying process. Annie said her 25 years of experience in the customer-service industry and Rusty’s more than 10 years of experience in the flooring business allow Angell Flooring to take good care of its customers. "We feel we’re real strong on customer service and make sure everyone is happy," she said. "Customers are our survival.” The owners have based their business on sales with no pressure. They take the time to sit down with every customer to get an idea of what the person is looking for, as well as what will fit their budget. "The selection process can be very stressful at times, so we make suggestions to help our customers with the decision-making process," she said. "Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy with their selection and our service."
