North Park Meadows will have an official grand opening on July 17. The community has 64 single family lots for homes with three or four bedrooms and full garages. Additionally, homeowners can choose from brick, HardiPlank, or native stone exteriors. Floor plans range in size from 1,200 to 1,866 square feet. Homes are priced from $99,950 to the $130's.
