Minneapolis, MN, March 3, 2006--Tennant Co., announced that Thomas Paulson (49) will join the company as vice president and chief financial officer on March 27, 2006.
Paulson served as senior vice president, secretary and CFO at Innovex, Inc., from 2001 to March 2006 where he was responsible for all financial, legal and information technology activities. From 1981 to 2000, Paulson held various positions at Diageo/The Pillsbury Company. From 1998 to 2000, he was vice president of finance for Pillsbury North America. Prior to that, he was vice president of operations Finance for The Pillsbury Company from 1995 to 1998.
