Tennant in Running for Top Tech Award

Minneapolis, MN, November 14, 2005--Before a crowd of more than 2,000 Minnesota technology leaders, Tennant Company and retiring president and CEO Janet Dolan were recognized among the best of the best at the Minnesota High Technology Association's annual Tekne Awards dinner. Tennant Company was one of three finalists for the prestigious innovation award in the category of Advanced Manufacturing. Up against 3M and Entegris, Tennant was nominated for its innovative development and manufacturing of technology solutions such as FaST and ReadySpace technology. In the category of Leadership of Established Companies, Janet Dolan emerged the winner from a field of finalists that included Jim Bauch of NCS Pearson, a scanning systems company, and Dr. Joe Sertich of Northeast Higher Education District.
