Tarkett To Raise Prices on Commercial Resilent

Houston, TX, April 24, 2007--Tarkett Commercial said today that it will implement a two to six percent price increase on all its commercial resilient tile products. The percent  increase will vary between collections.

“The continual rise in energy costs dramatically affects not only our production costs but escalates freight expenses,” said Gilles de Beaumont, president of Tarkett Commercial in North America. “Considering how these factors influence our cost, Tarkett will issue a moderate price increase to go into effect June 1, 2007, on all commercial tile.”

“We will continue working diligently to minimize our manufacturing cost increases and to assure that our products stay competitive in the market place,” de Beaumont added.
