Tarkett Sports Names Acting President

Montreal, Quebec, Sept. 10, 2009--The Tarkett Group has appointed Eric P. Daliere as acting president of its sports division, Tarkett Sports.

He replaces Joe Fields effective immediately.

Daliere joins Tarkett Sports from KKR Capstone, where he has served as a director for nearly 10 years. He had been focused on helping KKR's portfolio companies achieve their potential.

During the last several months, Daliere has been conducting an in-depth strategic review of Tarkett Sports.

Tarkett CEO Michel Giannuzzi said in a press release, "The Board believes new leadership will help to reenergize Tarkett Sports, enabling the company to realize its potential and further differentiate itself in a more competitive market for our products and services."
