Tarkett Sees Brisk German Parquet Sales

Paris, France, Nov. 1, 2010 -- Tarkett said it expects to book significant growth in German revenues from its parquet and flooring operations this year, even though the market is still slowing, according to Wood Products and Panels.

Tarkett said that it will likely surpass the double-digit growth rates achieved last year.

The company raised German parquet sales 12% last year, while its laminate flooring operations grew 15%. Tarkett has predicted that both product groups will deliver 35% increases in sales this year, with 40% growth rates expected to follow in 2011.
