Tarkett Residential Announces New Appointments

Whitehall, PA, January 23, 2006--To support its worldwide and North American growth initiatives, Tarkett recently announced a shift in responsibilities in its sales and marketing organization. Bob Russell assumes the role of vice president, national accounts; Analie Roth, formerly vp marketing wood division, takes on the newly created position of vice president, brand marketing; and Darrell Tweed, formerly national sales and marketing manager, wood canada, assumes the new role of senior director product development, wood division. Bob Russell joins Tarkett’s U.S., sales organization as vice president, national accounts. Reporting to Perry Coker, senior v.p., sales, Bob will be responsible for the growing home center customer base and national buying group organizations. Before joining Tarkett, Bob served as vice president, sales and marketing for IVC’s U.S. operations, and managed rapid growth in the buying group channel. Prior to that, Bob was senior account manager for Armstrong responsible for flooring sales to The Home Depot. Bob has also held executive finance positions with GE Capital Fleet Services and Banc of America Leasing. Analie Roth assumes the newly created position of v.p., brand marketing, responsible for the coordination and communication of brand strategy to both internal and external audiences. Reporting to Delphine Fragai, director, brand marketing worldwide, Analie will direct and coordinate all brand management, advertising, public relations and tradeshow activities across Tarkett’s wood, laminate and resilient divisions. Most recently v.p. of marketing, wood division, Analie previously held marketing positions for leading home decor manufacturers including Levolor, Fieldcrest Cannon and Mill's Pride. Her background also includes retail merchandising experience with Target and Federated Department Stores. Darrell Tweed accepts the new position of senior director product development, wood division, reporting to Jan Lembregts, president, wood and resilient. In his new role, Darrell will help shape Tarkett’s position in North American by managing product development and product sourcing for the wood flooring division. Prior to this role, Darrell was responsible for wood sales and marketing for Tarkett in Canada. In addition to his product management responsibilities, Darrell will continue to oversee Tarkett’s Canadian wood program.
