Tarkett Residential Announces FiberFloor Price Inc

Whitehall, PA, Jun. 10--Tarkett Residential has announced plans to initiate a four to six percent price increase on select products in its FiberFloor offering. The adjustment comes as a result of the rising costs of raw materials, energy and transportation and will be effective as of September 1, 2004. "Since its launch in January, we have seen tremendous enthusiasm for FiberFloor among distributors, dealers and consumers alike," says Jan Lembregts, president, Tarkett Residential. "Each of those audiences recognizes that FiberFloor's ease of maintenance and installation, design variety, color and comfort offer users an extremely versatile product appropriate for any room in the home and any life stage in the family. We're confident that they will continue to support the brand through this necessary modification in pricing." Lembregts continues, "Tarkett remains dedicated to creating and increasing efficiencies throughout our manufacturing processes and supply channels to ensure that we offer consumers competitively priced products that deliver the innovation and value they expect and deserve."
