Tarkett Group Revenues Rose 9.4% in Q4, U.S. Revenues Up 22.6%

Paris, FR, February 23, 2023-Tarkett Group reported Q4 2022 revenues rose 9.4% YOY to 789.5 million euros, from sales price increases and favorable foreign exchange gain, despite lower volumes. For North America, Q4 revenues rose 22.6% YOY to 221.5 million euros, from Q4 2021’s 180.7 million euros.

The company reports, “Momentum remained great in Sport, driven by strong demand in the US. The residential flooring business was adversely affected by a decline in demand in all geographies. The commercial segments in North America (healthcare, education) held up better.”

In 2022, net sales rose 20.3% for the year to 3,358.9 million euros, including +11.7% from price increases, +8.4% linked to foreign exchange gain and stable volumes.

For North America, during fiscal year 2022, revenue rose 27% to 923.7 million euros, from 727.2 million euros in 2021.
