Tarkett Expanding LVT Production, Adding Distrib. Center in Alabama

Chattanooga, TN, January 26, 2018-Tarkett will expand its plants in Alabama and build a distribution complex to boost LVT output and sales, reports the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

The company, which operates six plants in Dalton, will spend $60 million over the next three years to expand its LVT production plants in Florence, Alabama where it will also build a new distribution center.

The effort is expected to create 50 new jobs.
