Tarkett Announces Price Increases
Farnham, Quebec, October 2, 2007 – Tarkett North American Residential has increased prices on resilient felt and fiber floor products effective November 1.
Tarkett said the increase was necessary due to increases in raw materials, energy and freight costs.
“We are constantly looking at alternatives to reduce our costs but in order to continue producing the high quality products our customers demand, our prices will increase from 2% to 5% on selected products,” said Guillaume Laverdure, president of residential North America.
