Tarkett Announces Organizational Changes to Resilient Sales Dept.
Solon, OH, April 28, 2017—Tarkett has announced the following organizational changes within resilient sales: Max Holland has been named vice president, residential Sales, Tarkett North America, and Elizabeth Hurley has been named vice president, strategic accounts, residential sales, Tarkett North America.
In this role, Holland will be responsible for overall leadership of the residential sales business, including development and execution of our residential business strategy and achievement of objectives across the U.S. and Canada. He will report to me.
Holland joined Tarkett in 2014 as vice president of strategic accounts, residential sales. Over the past two and a half years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership capability that has contributed to sales growth and improvements in gross margin in our strategic accounts. Prior to Tarkett, Holland worked in strategic sales roles for companies such as Kimball, Mannington and Mohawk.
As vice president, strategic accounts, residential sales, Tarkett North America, Hurley will be responsible for leading the development and executive of the strategic accounts strategy for Tarkett North America. She will report to Holland in this new role.
Most recently, Hurley was director, national accounts, residential sales. In this role, she was responsible for the direction and management of the buying groups and national and direct accounts, with a focus on generating sales and business relationships as well as developing and implementing sales and promotional programs to grow business and generate value for accounts. Prior to Tarkett, Elizabeth worked for Kimball Office, holding strategic positions in business development and account management during her more than ten-year tenure there.
