Minneapolis, MN, August 23-- Target Commercial Interiors, Inc. (formerly Dayton’s Commercial Interiors) has acquired substantially all of the assets of Re:Source Minnesota, Inc. relating to Re:Source Minnesota’s carpet and floor covering business.
Re:Source Minnesota is a commercial floor covering dealership headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota and a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Interface, Inc., one of the largest manufacturers of carpet tile in the world.
Target Commercial Interiors is one of the leading providers of commercial office furniture, floor covering and related services in the Upper Midwest. Currently the fourth largest Interface carpet dealer in the United States, this acquisition will strengthen Target Commercial Interior’s floor covering division and continue to drive high value for its clients.
Target Commercial Interiors is a wholly owned subsidiary of Target Corporation.
