Synthetic Turf Signs Agreement with Turf Koat, Won
Colorado Springs, CO, Dec. 23--Synthetic Turf Corporation of America has signed an agreement with Turf Koat, Inc. to supply an antimicrobile product for coating synthetic turf. The product helps prevent growth of bacteria and turf mold.
This distributor agreement was reached with Avery Sports Turf Biomatrix and SYTR. Under the terms of the agreement Turf Koat will supply thru Biomatrix International.
"The Turf Koat product is important addition to our synthetic turf particularly in the Child Care market," said Gary Borglund, CEO of Synthetic Turf. "The product makes us extremely competitive in this market."
Synthetic Turf also announced after a long due diligence process that its letter of intent to acquire Perma Grass Corporation of New Jersey has been canceled.
"After extensive review of the Perma Grass current situation, we felt it was in the best interest of our company not to complete the acquisition of Perma Grass," said Gary Borglund, CEO of Synthetic Turf.
