Steve DeCarlo named CEO of Somerset, Boen North America

Somerset, KY, October 20, 2025-Steve DeCarlo has been named CEO of Somerset and Boen North America, bringing more than three decades of experience in the flooring industry to the position. 

Prior to his new role, DeCarlo served as vice president of LX Hausys America; vice president of global resilient flooring for Milliken; and spent more than two decades at Shaw, departing as vice president of business development.
