StarNet Appoints Deb Esbenshade Director of Member

Ridgefield, Connecticut, October 1–StarNet Commercial Flooring Cooperative has appointed Deb Esbenshade director of member services. Esbenshade’s primary responsibilities include coordinating all membership recruitment and creating and implementing an active membership training schedule. She will report to Lori Dowling, president and CEO. Dowling said, "Deb brings 14 years of floor covering industry experience to us, with a concentration on sales, marketing and training. Her skill set translates beautifully to this position, which includes marketing StarNet's benefits and services to potential members, continuing to strengthen our relationships with existing members and enhancing member benefits altogether. We are very excited to have Deb in place to drive member growth and service." Esbenshade was most recently with Stoner Bunting Advertising in Lancaster, PA, where she managed both commercial and residential floor covering clients as an account supervisor. Prior, she worked with Armstrong World Industries for 12 years, where she managed marketing and product development as well as market research, customer service and training initiatives.
