Soderqvist Leaves Pergo

Malmo, Sweden, January 9, 2006--Staffan Soderqvist, CFO and deputy CEO of Pergo AB has been appointed to the post of president of the market division Asia/Pacific at Telelogic, a provider of software solutions. Soderqvist will take up his new position on February 1st 2006.
