Sika Relaunches STEP Educational Program

Lyndhurst, NJ, February 11, 2026-Sika is relaunching the Sika Technical Education Program (STEP), a flooring installation solution training curriculum that is returning due to popular demand. 

This year-long, in-person training clinic is designed to educate contractors and installers on best practices when using components of Schönox and the Sika Secure System. These best practices will focus on flooring installation solutions and industry standards that pertain to subfloor surface preparation, moisture mitigation, acoustical control, flooring adhesives, and tile setting materials. 

The STEP Series consists of two-day training events that will be conducted every month, at regionally located facilities throughout the entire nation and run through the duration of the year.
