Shaw Updates Studio Collection

Dalton, GA, April 14--Shaw Living, in collaboration with Nourison, has introduced 13 new designs to its contemporary Studio Collection. This is the first time licensed Nourison designs have been put into this trendy series of area rugs. True to the flavor of the collection, the newest additions include both primitive and modern motifs. Designed to work sensibly with today’s furniture styles, the collection has won the American Furniture Award. The patterns are Wilton woven in nylon and feature subtle striations of color that deepen and enhance the unique designs. The unique variety of color palettes range from brights, to neutrals, to antique tea stained looks. Metropolis is an architectural geometric of shaded and striated random rectangles and color bars. Mosaic presents soft washes of blended color in casual mosaic pattern. Symmetry features rich bands of greens, reds, golds and beige emphasizing diagonal geometric shapes. Opposite corners are balanced by square that outline diagonal bands. All rugs in the Studio Collection are available in three sizes, 3’9”x5’4”, 5’2”x7’4” and 7’7”x10’10”. Suggested retail for 5'2 x 7'4 rug is $429.00.
