Shaw Living’s Modern Elements Debuts At Atlanta Ma

Dalton, GA, Jan. 28--Shaw Living unveils Modern Elements at the Atlanta International Area Rug Market, January 15th--18th. Modern Elements is a casual lifestyle collection of 24 rugs featuring contemporary and transitional designs. The rugs in the Modern Elements Collection are available in three sizes: 3' x 5'; 5' x 7'6" and 7'6" x 10'. The suggested retail for the 5' x 7'6" size is $279. Constructed of nylon, the rugs are available in two distinct color palettes. The organic palette offers warmth with earthtones of fresh greens, beiges, spicy reds, espresso brown, watery blue, and pale rose. The mineral colorway is a modern palette of clean linen, sophisticated grays that are tinted either warm or cool, rich red, and neutral green. With its geometric and organic contemporary motifs, Modern Elements is a new complexion for Shaw Living in styling that is fresh, casual, and modern. "Callisto" is an Asian-inspired all-over floral design of red, espresso, blue, and rose on a warm beige field. A combination of geometric and organic designs, "Janis" offers an example of clean, simple, and modern styling with blocks of light, medium, and dark gray outlined by long flower stems bearing wispy leaves and a single flower head. Another organic design is "Lemongrass," which has a Japanese-inspired bamboo motif border that separates the dark espresso outer border from a field of shadowed leaves in ivory. "Tribeca" is a modern geometric of substantial circles and squares colored in sophisticated grays, black and espresso.
