Shaw Implements 8% Price Increase on Imports Due to Tariffs

Dalton, GA, August 20, 2025-Beginning with orders on September 8 and shipments on September 22, Shaw will implement an average of 8% price increase on products impacted by the reciprocal tariffs announced on July 31. This increase addresses tariff amounts exceeding the 10% universal tariff implemented in April 2025.

Shaw’s significant U.S. manufacturing investments-including the expansion of Plant RP, the largest resilient facility of its kind in the country-ensure a steady supply of domestically-made carpet, hardwood and resilient products. At the same time, its make-and-source model integrates reliable global partners with its U.S.-based operations. This allows it to offer a broad product selection, uphold quality standards and respond swiftly to changing market dynamics.
