Shannon Launching Products Under New Teknoflor License

Milwaukee, WI, June 12, 2017-Shannon Specialty Floors will unveil three new High Performance Design products under the Teknoflor brand at NeoCon.

“Teknoflor has years of proven performance in the marketplace” said Jeff Collum, president of Shannon Specialty Floors. “To be honest, we didn’t think there could ever be a better product, but due to the new licensing agreement with Teknoflor we have a higher level of collaboration and opportunity to introduce new, more technologically advanced products into the brand.

Collum continued to say that the collaborative licensing agreement with Teknoflor has ignited the brand and that there are plans to introduce several exciting new products and technology in efforts to increase the brand’s offering as the commercial flooring industry’s highest performing flooring solution.

The revitalization of the brand includes two new resilient sheet goods, Forestscapes HPD and Urbanscapes HPD, and one new homogeneous sheet, Medscapes HPD. All three of the products are made of 100% virgin vinyl and free of phthalates, and fall under the company’s new High Performance Design (HPD) sector of flooring, which means they comply with the industry’s toughest standards and have published HPDs. The Medscapes HPD homogenous sheet is the first of its kind in the Shannon Specialty Floors product offering.
