Dalton, GA, September 29--James (Jim) Shanahan has been appointed regional sales manager, Atlantic Region, by FieldTurf. Shanahan will be based in Philadelphia.
A former collegiate athlete, Shanahan received his BA in Economics from Dickinson College in 1994, and went to work with his family business until 1999. During that time, he worked in a variety of positions from sales representative to operations manager, eventually being promoted to sales manager. He joined the turf industry as a sales rep for Sprinturf, handling projects in various parts of the country.
