Hoffman Estates, IL, January 18, 2007--Sears Holdings said on Wednesday John Walden will join the company January 29 as chief customer officer.
Walden, who spent eight years at electronics chain Best Buy will have responsibility for services, marketing and direct commerce and will be in charge of new business development and customer-focused initiatives, the company said in a statement.
