Sauereisen Intros Mortar for Corrosive Environment

Pittsburgh, PA, June 24--Sauereisen has introduced a new, improved Furan Mortar No. 21C for corrosive environments. The upgraded product, resulting from dedicated research, boasts increased temperature resistance to 450ºF. In addition, it exhibits tensile-bond strength well above industry standards. Other enhancements include greater resistance to thermal shock and impact. Also, Sauereisen No. 21C will now withstand sulfuric acid at a concentration as high as 60 percent.
