Samling Group Seeks Review of Tariff Decision

Washington, DC, June 16, 2011 -- The Samling Group has filed for a review of the preliminary tariff assigned on its engineered hardwood products by the Department of Commerce.

In a story on May 20, FloorDaily reported that the Samling Group received a preliminary tariff of 10.88%.

However, Samling is alleging that three clerical errors were made and that it should have a 0% rate.

The Samling Group is a supplier for Mannington Mills, CCA Global and U.S. Floors.
