Rugmark Foundation Continues Helping Children

 

Kathmandu, Dec. 27, 2010 -- Nepal Rugmark Foundation said it has rehabilitated 876 children working in carpet and wool industries, according to Republica.

The foundation, which is working for the rights of children working in carpet factories, said it re-united 733 children with their families and admitted the remaining to rehabilitation centers.  

The organization said it has rescued about 2,000 children working in the carpet factories.
