Rug Firm Momeni Leaving High Point

Carlstadt, NJ, Feb. 17, 2009--Rug manufacturer Momeni said it will no longer exhibit in High Point, N.C.

Company president Reza Momeni said the decision stemmed from a busy show calendar and time spent off the road.

“Due to the influx of shows we found that our reps were spending too much time in a showroom rather than on the road where most of their business is built,” Momeni said.

“Down traffic and an overall assessment of our presence at the various markets also came into play and we chose, as a company, to place our efforts in Atlanta and Las Vegas.”

In addition to showrooms in Atlanta and Las Vegas, the company maintains corporate headquarters and a flagship showroom in Carlstadt, N.J
