Royal DSM Completes Purchase of AGIf Stake

Heerlen, The Netherlands, July 12, 2011 -- Royal DSM N.V., the global life sciences and material sciences company, said it has completed its acquisition of a 51% stake in AGI Corporation of Taiwan.

AGI offers a range of curable resins and other products that are used in coatings and inks for wood, flooring, plastic and graphic arts applications.
