Roppe Announces Two Changes to Sales Leadership Team

Fostoria, OH, June 30, 2025-Roppe Holding Company (RHC) has announced two strategic changes to its sales leadership team: Brian Dubois promoted to vice president of sales and Lee Hoggard appointed senior director of sales. 

Dubois most recently served as RHC’s director of sales.

Hoggard is an industry veteran who steps into the senior director of sales role with experience in the flooring, construction and distribution markets.
