Report Says Flowcrete May Be Sold

London, January 31, 2008--Flowcrete, the UK-based flooring company, may possibly sell be sold for £35 million, according to published reports.

The report noted that Dawn Gibbins, the head of the group, may leave, while Mark Greaves, the company managing director and also Gibbins' husband, is likely to stay on.

Gibbins would not comment on recent developments, the item noted, but did say that she was looking for finance for new activities.

The buyer might be a trade or a financial player, the report noted.
