Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, October 4, 2005 -- Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics has joined forces with an Italian company to form a joint venture company, Chemica, which will specialise in production, marketing and distribution of chemicals used in ceramic production, according to the Emirates News Agency.
RAK Ceramics has informed Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM) of the joint venture formation. The venture is owned 55% by RAK Ceramics and 45% by Smal Tu Chemica of Italy.
