Quad-C Completes Acquisition of Stanton

Charlottesville, VA, December 21, 2016—Quad-C Management announced it has closed on an investment in Stanton Carpet Corporation.

The transaction closed on November 21, 2016. As part of the deal, Stanton’s management team will continue to lead and operate the business from its Syosset, New York and Calhoun, GA-based facilities. No further terms of the deal were disclosed.

In July, Stanton acquired Crescent Carpet Importers.
