QFloors Adds New B2B Inventory Feature

Salt Lake City, UT, Dec. 19, 2011 -- Software firm QFloors has developed a new feature that will allow someone filling out a customer invoice to click on a product and check its availability automatically.

Called Instant Stock Check, the upgrade to the QFloors 6.0 product is part of an industry wide effort, and QFloors says it is the first firm to offer it in a product.

The product links directly to manufacturers' inventory so users can get real time information.

The company said that manufacturers are still completing their end of the new B2B feature, so full usage is dependent upon their completion date and will vary by company.

QFloors will be demonstrating Instant Stock Check at Surfaces.

“Traditionally, if you needed to check on availability, you would have to either call the manufacturer or distributor on the phone, or possibly (if the supplier has that technology) go to their website, search for the right product, and check how much is in the warehouse," said Chad Ogden of QFloors.

"Now at the click of a mouse, you can instantly know what is available.  This information is available 24/7 from anywhere – your computer, your laptop, your smart phone, your notebook or iPad."
