Boca Raton, FL, October 16, 2006--Q.E.P. Co. announced that it will delay reporting its financial results for the fiscal 2007 second-quarter and its investor conference call. The company said the release is being delayed to allow it sufficient time to complete its previously announced restatement of financial results for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2006 and the quarter ended May 31, 2006.
The company said it expects to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter on or before October 20, 2006. The company also said it plans to release earnings concurrently with the filing.
Once that date is finalized the company will schedule an investor conference call to discuss the financial results for the period.
