Q.E.P. Postpones Annual Meeting

Boca Raton, FL, August 2, 2007--Q.E.P. Co. will postpone its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders until Friday, August 24 because of a change in the slate of nominated directors.

The meeting will be held at the company's principal office in Boca Raton, Florida.

On July 6  board member Robert W. Muir, Jr. resigned in order to pursue other interests.

Raucn Industries CEO Robert Walters has been nominated to fill the slot .
