Boca Raton, FL, April 21—-Toolmaker Q.E.P. said this morning that it will postpone its fiscal 2005 fourth quarter and full year financial release scheduled for Friday, April 22, 2005, and conference call originally scheduled for Monday, April 25, 2005, in order to allow for the completion of the audit of the company's financial statements, which are due to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by May 31, 2005.
