Premier Purchasing Finalizes Carpet and Resilient

Charlotte, NC, January 11, 2007--Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, today said it has finalized new agreements for carpet and resilient flooring. New agreements for carpeting have been signed with Mannington Commercial Inc. of Calhoun, Georgia; Shaw Industries, Inc. of Dalton, Georgia; and Tandus US, Inc., also of Dalton. New agreements for resilient flooring have been signed with Armstrong World Industries Inc. of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and Mannington Commercial. These 36-month agreements are effective January 1, 2007 for all agreements except the Armstrong agreement, which is effective March 1, 2007. They are available to acute care and continuum of care markets.
