Precision Flooring Products Acquired by Rox

Morristown, TN, April 15, 2026-Precision Flooring Products, a provider of prefinished hardwood flooring moldings and accessories in the United States, has been acquired by Rox, which reinforces the company’s ambition to be a North American manufacturer of both prefinished and unfinished stair parts and flooring products.

Moving forward, Precision Flooring Products’ president and owner, Dave Wallace, remains as a co-owner alongside Rox. Ensuring continuity in operations with the support of general manager, Richard Porter, Precision Flooring will work hand in hand with Rox for enhanced production capabilities and lead times.

Through Rox’s recent acquisitions, CG Hardwood Moldings (now CG Finishes) in 2024 and Precision Flooring Products in 2026, the group now offers a comprehensive catalog of hardwood stair parts and flooring products with 25,000 stain and finish recipes, the ability to match virtually any hardwood flooring color in North America without physical samples.
