Pfleiderer Selling Up to 2.6 Million Shares

Neumarkt, Germany, Jan. 20, 2010--Pfleiderer AG has decided to sell up to 2,643,458 of company shares held as treasury shares, constituting up to 4.96% of Pfleiderer’s share capital.

The shares will be sold on the stock exchange.

Pfleiderer did not say how it would use the proceeds.
